If you run everywhere you won't get mugged. Someone isn't going to mug a running person. It's good logic.
They won't do it because the person is in a hurry and doesn't have time to get mugged. They also are running, and therefore can run, and therefore said mugger won't be able to catch them or stop them or creep up on them unaware.
They also won't mug you because they actually can't see you because when you run you're actually invisible.
